When the IRS began drafting the first version of the Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
(FSA) in 1986, ProcessWorks was at the front line, supporting its development. Today,
the FSA plan is just one of the many administrative services we offer to our clients
and their employees.
In 2006, ProcessWorks became a wholly owned subsidiary of UnitedHealthcare®, a
UnitedHealth Group Company. Today we contract with thousands of employers,
representing over a half a million employees. Focus and efficiency are just two
of the reasons employers and brokers trust us to handle all areas of administration
-- from plan design and implementation to claims processing, reimbursement, reporting
and compliance.
Centrally located in Brookfield, Wisconsin, ProcessWorks has nationally supported
operational and sales capabilities.
